200 Mini & Junior Rugby teams and 6000 people from all over the UK and further afield join us every year on tour at the Tigers Challenge at Butlin’s Minehead, Somerset. It really is the ultimate weekend of Rugby & Fun!
The Tigers Challenge combines a professionally organised rugby festival for U7 – U12 teams, with the superb touring facilities and accommodation at Butlin’s Minehead. Our spectacular celebrity presentation ceremonies then close the festival in style.
Our spectacular presentations have an electric atmosphere and are the perfect way to close the festival.
Following an incredible laser light show in a huge arena, each team is invited onto the big stage to meet our VIP Celebrity guest, where every player will receive a custom Tigers Challenge medal and all teams will receive a custom Tigers Challenge trophy!
To cap off the weekend in style, we invite VIP special guests to join us at the Tigers Challenge to present the medals and trophies to all the players and coaches!

To celebrate their efforts and achievements over the weekend, all players and coaches receive a custom designed Tigers Challenge medal from our special guests, as a memento of the festival.
In addition, every team is presented with a quality Tigers Challenge trophy to take home, plus some of the finest awards you’ll ever see are awarded to the Champions & Runners Up in competitive age groups, as well as prestigious individual Magic Moment awards in each age section.

There’s a great range of accommodation available for your families to choose from at Butlin’s Minehead. The stylish chalets in West Lakes Village always prove to be a big hit! Prices are per person for the weekend (Fri – Mon), including accommodation, all costs associated with the rugby festival, entertainment passes and event wristbands. After an exciting day of action at the pitches, the facilities at Butlin’s Minehead are perfect for an action-packed tour. There’s a huge variety of sports and leisure facilities, fantastic evening entertainment, and great places to eat and drink.
The amazing Splash Waterworld is packed with flumes, rides and slides, and the traditional Funfair with free rides is are always a firm favourite for the kids and adults alike. If you’re looking for extra thrills, you can pay a small extra charge for activities like the High Ropes with the ‘leap of faith’, Climbing Wall, Go Karts, Adventure Golf, Ten Pin Bowling and more.
When the evening comes around, live shows, tribute acts and discos feature in Butlin’s state of the art entertainment venues, at no extra cost!
